The Provider offers personalized travel itineraries, restaurant recommendations, weather forecasts, and other leisure activities for tourists visiting Budapest. The uniqueness of the service is that users fill out a detailed questionnaire, based on which personalized recommendations are given, tailored to the traveler's interests and preferences.

3. Service Usage Information
Registration on the website is not required. The user only needs to fill out a questionnaire, which collects basic information (e.g. email address and age, optionally name). Recommendations will be provided within 48 hours. Filling out the questionnaire is mandatory, but no personal data is required, except for the email address, while the name and age are optional.

4. Service Fees and Payment Method
The user is required to pay for the service according to the applicable fee schedule. The service fees vary depending on the selected package: BPlan, BPlan Plus, and BPlan Pro. Payment can only be made via online credit card transaction. Payment details are handled according to the appropriate security protocols.

5. Cancellation and Refund
The user has the right to cancel the service within 24 hours of completing the questionnaire. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be provided. To exercise the cancellation right, the user must notify the Service Provider via email at info@bplan.hu.

• The Service Provider is not liable for changes to programs due to weather conditions, or for programs deemed unsuitable due to the traveler's error or intentional decision.

• The Service Provider is not responsible for any problems arising during participation in the recommended programs (e.g. overbooked events, canceled programs, venue closures, or any other issues).

All content found on the website (the concept, texts, images, graphics) is the intellectual property of the Service Provider. Any use, reproduction, or distribution of the website's content without prior written consent from the Service Provider is strictly prohibited.
